1. Nature and Scope of This Text

This document is a separate explicit consent text prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698). It is presented separately from the information notice.

This text applies only to user flows governed by Turkish law. For users outside Turkey, consent and notice flows are handled separately under applicable local laws (such as GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA/CPRA).

Where required by law, the following activities are carried out based on your explicit consent:

3.1 Processing of Special Category Health Data

Your special category personal data, such as workout data, nutrition records, body measurements, and performance metrics, may be processed to provide personalized fitness, nutrition, and running services.

3.2 Third-Party Health Platform Integrations (Optional)

If you enable integrations such as Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android), step, heart rate, sleep, and workout data may be synchronized.

3.3 AI Data Usage (Optional)

If the "AI Data Usage" option remains enabled in your in-app settings, certain de-identified data may be used solely to train and improve ARNEOX's own proprietary AI models running on the Modal cloud infrastructure.

Important Notice: ARNEOX conducts its artificial intelligence processes entirely on its own secure, isolated cloud infrastructure (Modal). Your personal data is never transmitted to generalized third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), nor is it utilized in any capacity to train cross-platform or third-party models. Data processing operations are executed exclusively within environments completely under ARNEOX's control.

Providing explicit consent is not mandatory. If you refuse or withdraw consent, some consent-based features may be limited; however, access to core service functionality is preserved to the extent possible.

You may withdraw consent at any time through:

Withdrawal applies to processing activities carried out after the withdrawal date.

Each declaration below is independent, and you can freely consent to or refuse each one:

  • I explicitly consent to the processing of my special category health data (height, weight, workouts, heart rate, etc.) by ARNEOX for personalized service delivery.
  • If I enable Apple Health / Google Fit integrations, I explicitly consent to the synchronization of the relevant health data with those platforms.
  • I explicitly consent to having my usage data, including special category data, de-identified and transferred to overseas sub-processors (the cloud infrastructure) specifically to be used to train and develop ARNEOX's own proprietary AI models running on the Modal infrastructure.
